These computer system labs will serve to lower gaps in access to gadgets and the Internet by offering public computer system access for people with disabilities, Marylanders without irreversible house (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning people. The program supplies grants of up to $65,000 for as much as 100% for the production, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer system labs/centers throughout Maryland.

The funding source for the program is the American Rescue Strategy Act of 2021 and all federal guidelines required of the funding use to the program. The Maryland Workplace of Statewide Broadband is making up to around $11.8 million offered through Link Maryland's Network Facilities Grant Program Round 2.
